| 2- Guarantee is canceled for damages or negligence of the customer, bumps, falls, natural disaster, floods, earthquakes, fires or explosions. |

| 3- One month after the purchasing it is mandatory oil replacement no matter its mileage. |

| 4- Electrical parts have no guarantee, it includes battery until 30 days after its purchasing. |

| 5- Guarantee will be canceled by any repair or service in unauthorized dealers. |

| 6- In case of the spare parts used won’t be available in our stock, the customer should wait 15 days to the factory send us the part, this is just in guarantee. Celimo Moto will cover shipping charges just if the motorbike is in guarantee. In the same way if the guarantee is expired and the customer needs any spare part, the customer should wait 15 days, and he must pay for the part and the shipping charges. |
